Students, PHDs or young professionals submitting an abstract, video or paper to the conference are highly encouraged to take part in the Elevator Pitch Challenge (EPiC)**. The EPiC contest will take place before the Technical Sessions. The participants will have 3 minutes to present their subject and convince the audience (powerpoint slides may be used to support the speaker and supplement the 3 minute presentation). The best EPiC presentation will be selected by the audience and the winner will have the opportunity to present their work to the GIF Policy Group Members in Paris on 18-19 October 2018.
